The word “graduate” is synonymous with a nursing education, and graduates of nursing schools are the best in the business.
While it’s not an exact science, we can all agree that the number of nursing students in the United States is skyrocketing.
And while a number of the top-ranked nursing schools may not be located in the top 10 states, the number in each state is growing.
For example, the University of Iowa was ranked in the Top 5 states for graduating nursing students for 2018, and the University at Buffalo was ranked at #1 for 2019.

Be an advocate.
This means being vocal about the needs of the nursing community.
You don’t have to be the biggest star, but you have to show that you are willing to speak out.
Work with people you know.
If you are lucky enough to have a strong mentor, or someone you trust to take care of you, you’ll be able to be as successful as possible.
Show your leadership abilities.
Being a senior in nursing means you’ll need to be prepared to take on leadership roles and leadership roles in the community.
Learn to delegate.
It’s important to be accountable for your decisions.
It means being able to communicate your plans to the board and the student body.
You’ll need flexibility to meet the unique needs of your career.
