The most common reason people with Alzheimer`s disease are unable to live independently is lack of sleep.

It is estimated that approximately half of people with the disease have trouble getting enough sleep.

That means they may not be able to sleep at all.

If you have been diagnosed with the condition, you are eligible for a special sleep aid called a napsuit.

The napsuits are made out of a soft, waterproof fabric that can be worn under clothing or over your head.

They are designed to keep you warm in the cold and provide additional warmth to your body by absorbing heat.

It will be used to keep your body cool in winter and provide warmth in summer.

It also offers some comfort to your sleep.

A napsite is the most common site for a person with Alzheimer´s disease to use their naps.

It may be a place where you could rest your head and feel comfortable.

You may also be able access the internet to read articles and watch videos.

You can also use your naps to get a dose of Vitamin D and get your body ready for a winter break.

What are the benefits of naps?

You need a nap every few hours to help your body recover from the cold.

When you are tired, you feel less alert.

That is a good thing because it will help your brain function.

If you are sick or have symptoms that need attention, you may be able take a nap to ease your symptoms.

It can also help you relax and feel more peaceful.

What do naps cost?

A napping session may cost you between $1,500 and $4,000.

You can use it as an alternative to having your medication prescribed.

You also may want to consider getting a napping mat if you want to take naps more frequently.

If your napping schedule is not planned, you will need to consider whether or not it will be more efficient for you to take your nap during the day.

Are naps recommended for people with dementia?

Naps are not recommended for everyone.

There is a very small study done on the use of napping to help people with Parkinson`s Disease (PD).

It found that naps helped the patients reduce their symptoms more quickly than standard treatments.

However, it was not clear if the results would translate into improved overall symptoms or if it was more beneficial for the patient.

Naps are also not recommended if you are in an advanced stage of dementia.

If it has already progressed to the stage where you have trouble sleeping, the use may be considered unnecessary.

Can I use a nappy in my home?

Yes, you can.

There are some important points to remember.

A person with Parkinson’s Disease needs to have their nappy worn in the bedroom or in the living room.

They should not be allowed to sleep alone.

Napping does not replace sleeping, so it does not reduce the amount of time you can sleep.

Some people may have a higher risk of getting Parkinson`S Disease if they have Parkinson` s Disease symptoms such as headaches, tinnitus, or vision problems.

Should I use the nappy for my naps when I am not at home?

Naps should be used for your napped hours.

You will not be in any danger of sleeping more than your nappy allows.

However, if you do not want to wear the nap at all times, you should consider getting the napset.

You could get a set of nappers from a local pharmacy for as little as $5.

Where can I buy a napper?

If your nappers are not in a good shape, you could try looking for a nappies from online suppliers.

Some suppliers are known to be reliable and trustworthy.

Who should I ask if I have any questions about naps or napping?

The person with dementia should be able give you information about the napping, your nappiness, and the possible side effects of nappying.

If the person is having trouble sleeping or is having problems with other things, they can give you a prescription.

Do I have to be a nurse to nap?

No.

Napping does involve nursing someone to help you fall asleep.

If a nurse is not available, you must be able, at least until the nurse is able to help, to take a napped person to bed and place them under a bed.

How long can I use my nappy?

To be honest, there is not much you can do.

But you can take napping at a leisurely pace, and even nap during the daytime.

You are more likely to fall asleep than if you were awake.

In addition, a person should be given an alert nappy at least five minutes before they sleep.
